With Virtual Visits your appointment will be with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE doctor for minor, non-emergency conditions by phone, mobile app or online video anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. MDLIVE^® is a separate company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) to provide virtual visit services for members with coverage through BCBSMT. MDLIVE is solely responsible for its operations and for those of its contracted providers. Virtual Visits may not be available to all BCBSMT members.
