So it's the new year, I hope this year is a little better. That's what I put before you know what happened, 2021 said f*ck you. I hope this story may make today a little better.
Hey hey hey, me from the future again! Isn't that fun and confusing? Look at that, 2021, I was so young. But let me get to the point, I sadly was not able to edit five chapters, school got in the way but do not worry, I will have the other three I missed done by either this Friday or Monday plus the other five I would do usually. "SHUT UP!" I yelled, smashing the clock. For a moment, I was confused. I can't smash clocks with my kind of strength. I sat and saw my body was covered in scales. My once normal hands had grown a decent size and a tail sprouted from my lower back. "That's going to take a while to get used to." I got up and did my normal routine: take a shower, brush my teeth, and make breakfast for Alastor.... Who wasn't appearing out of nowhere? After waiting for a bit to see if she would magically appear like usual she did no such thing. I searched the house and she was nowhere to be found. "Weird she's not even in the theater room, that's a little bit worrying." Yes, I was worried about Alastor. Having gotten to know her better you had started to admire her.
Why you may ask? It's because she used to and is most likely one of the best killers around. I was indeed scared of her but from one killer to another, I have to acknowledge her skills and beauty. Of course, I know very well that there is nothing beautiful about killing someone. "Well, I shouldn't worry about her, for all I know she could be listening right now." I said looking around. That's when I finally realized that it was 9:10, only 20 minutes before the bakery opened. "Dame it!" I ran out the door to another day of work but since I did have some time I decided to make a stop. Some guy was selling poison for about 10k.... I got it for free... yes I killed him but hey I did it with my tail instead of my hands. Sadly when his body fell over he crushed most of the bottles except for two, one said antidote, and the other said poison, so I took both.
Side note: I saw a casino, might want to go see if I can get some side money.
*Third Pov*
Ava was cleaning the dishes while Sophia wiped off the tables, five minutes until the shop was going to open. Sophia was cursing Y/n for not being here early, if he were here she wouldn't have to do anything. But nope, she actually has to work. "HA! I MADE IT ON TIME!" Y/n said looking around with a smile on his face like he had just won the World Cup. "Well look who finally decided to show up, you lazy ass," Sophia said, clearly upset. "Hey at least I got here on time today, besides look on the bright side... alright there is no bright side but hey, I made it on time," Y/n said, puffing out his chest. She let out a groan, "Look just wipe down the rest of the tables, I have some sleep I need to catch up on." Sophia passed the wipes to Y/n. She wasted no time in stripping down.
"Why are you taking your clothes off?" Y/n said, looking away. "When I go into my other form my clothes just don't disappear, dummy, I have to put them somewhere. I don't want them to just sit on the floor." Sophia said, putting her clothes in one of the cabinets. "Makes sense, so what tables did you wipe off?" He didn't get a response, "Sophia?" When he looked back she was now a small cat, quickly asleep on the counter. "Great, now I have to guess which tables she did." Y/n looked around to see if he could tell which ones she had cleaned or hadn't but sadly couldn't. He pondered whether he should wake her until he got a better look at her in her other form. There was a part of him that made him remember his own cat, his little eye slicer. "I miss you, Snowflake ." Y/n looked at her for a moment longer and started wiping the rest of the tables.
